Today, we are very happy to welcome a brand new brewery from Brussels, Belgium. It’s the first time you’ll see Mathieu and Nina behind a BXLBeerFest booth. Their brewpub La Source Beer Co has just opened a few months ago. Since then, they are working pretty hard to already offer their vision from different angles: all kinds of IPAs (american, new England, sour…), stouts of course, a very nice triple and even gruit beers. We could enumerate all recipes but it’s easier if you come and taste by yourself.
